She was predeceased by: her father Dan H. Brown, Sr. (Rubin Dinwiddie). She is survived by: her husband Eddie C. Williams of Newport; her children, Elmer McKissic, Jr. (Teresa) of Frisco, Texas and Katrina A. Williams of Little Rock, Arkansas; her brothers, R. J. Brown of St. Louis and Dan H. Brown, Jr. (Lynn) of Jacksonville, Arkansas; and her brother-in-law Alvin Dupens, Jr. of Newport, Arkansas. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of lifelong friends.
