He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Cooper Sr. and Lillie Cooper (Tims); and his wife Patsy Cooper. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Cooper of Newport, AR; his grandchildren, Regan Williams of Nashville, TN, Amaris Brown of Nashville, TN and Noah Williams of Jonesboro, AR; his brother Mike Cooper of Ft. Worth, TX; and his cousin Jan Pascal.
