He is survived by: his wife Donna Lewis (Carr); his children, Lewis, Jr. (Tanya) of Newport and Rhonda Lewis Bell (Bubba) of Newport; his grandchildren, Natalie Hutchinson Jones (Derek), Bubba Hutchinson (Bri), John Lewis Hutchinson (Madison), Bill Lewis III and Jennifer Lewis Worthington (Lynn); his great grandchildren, John Jaxson, Bella Brooke, Hazel Rose, Briar Rhodes, Jett Lewis, Hatcher Lee, Aiden Holman, Austin Holman, Millie Rogers, Scarlett Lewis, Barrett Lewis and Kadence Walker; and his cousins, Rog Rogers, Barbara Jo Hoover, Jimmy Lillard and Carol Jean.
