She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph B. Bowman and Beatrice Brownfield Bowman; and her sisters, Earline Byers and Tanga Evans. She is survived by : her husband Jerry Phillips; her children, Michael Phillips of Norman and Michelle Phillips-Dame of Benton; her siblings, Roger Bowman of Alexander, David Bowman of Malvern and Louise Ramsey of Traskwood; and her grandsons, Alex Dame and Noah Kappert. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
