He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Smith Childers; his children, Clayton Childers (Angie) of Parkers Chapel and Katrina Childers of Texarkana, TX; his grandchildren, Caleb and Aubrey Childers; his siblings, Evelyn Clark (Farrell) of Little Rock, Garlene Jones, Juanitz Childers of Hampton and Clifford Childers (Robby) of Hampton; and his brother-in-law Rickey Smith (Dottie) of Hampton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
