She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Carter (Scott); her brother Dwayne Brown (Betty Lou); her sister-in-law Rita Wiemann; her grandchildren, Seth Carter (Heather), Jake Carter (Samantha) and Sarah Liz Mitchell (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Will Carter, Luke Carter, Selah Carter, Jett Carter, Savannah Mitchell, Micah Mitchell and Jesse Mitchell.
