She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Michael "Mike" Phillips and Catherine Leola "Cat" Davis Phillips; and her sister Cassie Jo Phillips. She is survived by: her husband John "Hoopy" Lee of Norphlet; her children, John Tyler Lee (Brooklyn) of Smackover and Callie Ray (Dakota) of Norphlet; her granddaughters, Georgia Ray, Lillian Ray and Elle Lee; and her sister Kristen Nolan (Michael) of Dallas, TX.. She is also survived by extended family members, lifelong friends.
