He was predeceased by : his siblings, Pete Harper, Dianne Haper Toms and Charlene Ramsey. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Harper of Norphlet, Arkansas; and his children, Tim Davis (Krissi) of El Dorado, Gracie Harper of Hamburg, Arkansas, Joseph and Tasha Cheatham of El Dorado, Arkansas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
