Though Anthony may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Carter; his children, Anthony T. Carter, Ranasha Carter and Nathateari Carter-Craig; and his siblings, Bryant Oneil Carter, Robert Carter Jr. and Lisa Carter-Cambridge. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
