He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Williams and Early Mae Williams. He is survived by: his son Arthur Williams Jr.; and his siblings, Bobbie Conley, Erma Williams, Lucille Humphries, Eloise Propps and Diann Simmons.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark Baptist Church (3725 AR-161, North Little Rock, AR 72117).
