It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Wagley of North Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Elliot and Cecil Wagley; his brother David Wagley; and his great grandchild Sawyer Sparks. He is survived by: his significant other Maxine Wagley; his son Billy James Wagley, Jr. (Stephanie); his stepsons, Steve Butler (Cloann) and Jeff Butler (Jessica); his grandchildren, Rachael Burnette (Hunter), Brittany Nichols (Storm), McKenzie Sparks (Justus), Broderick Butler, Alivia Butler, Brittany Burns (Jerod), Brooke Bell (Justin) and Brett Carpenter (Savanna); his great grandchildren, Hayes, Hayden, Ty, Matthew and Malaki; his siblings, J. C. Elliot, Ray Wagley (Sue), Carroll Wagley (Cindy), Murlene Swift, Judy Hayes Becky (Sammie) and Richard Wagley; and his daughter Faye Wagley.
