He was predeceased by: his sons, Lance Talbert and Michael Jones; his parents, Albert Willis, Sr. and Lee G. Hawkins; and his siblings, Martin Wofford, Rufus Wofford and Becky Bills.

He is survived by: his children, Calvin Willis, Jr., Chiquitta Cotton, Kacey Myles, Keri Willis, Letisia Willis, Robin Willis, Anderia Willis, Dwayne Willis and Courtney Willis; and his siblings, Diane Lowe, Dale Wofford, Albert Willis, Jr. and Nancy Willis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
