It is with sadness that the passing of Charles Franklin Roberson Sr. (North Little Rock, Arkansas) is shared. Charles, born on February 19, 1935, passed away on October 20, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roberson and Bama Roberson; his stepmother Theda Roberson; his wife Edna; his sons, Chester and Frankie Roberson; his great grandchild John Mashburn; and his siblings, JT Roberson, Vandoyne Nailing, Martha Gall, Mary Thompson, Victor Roberson, James Roberson and Linda Melton.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborrah Milam; his grandchildren, Kellye Mashburn (Shannon) and Chester Roberson, Jr. (Laura); his great grandchildren, Chester Roberson, III, Isabelle Roberson and Samuel Mashburn; and his siblings, Ruth Whitley, Lois Dereuisseaux, Vann Roberson, Bob Roberson and Joe Roberson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (7700 AR-107, Sherwood, AR 72120). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Concord Cemetery (105 Concord Church Rd, Lonoke, AR 72086).
