He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lorene Williams; his children, Keith Williams, Roman Williams, Charles Williams Jr. and Patricia Williams; and his sister Vera Brown.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
