She is survived by: her husband Larry Stevan Crook; her son Billy Jerimiah Smith; her mother-in-law Bobbye Hinson of El Dorado; her brother-in-law Dr. Robert Crook (Mary Beth) of Chattanooga, Tennessee; her stepdaughter Amy Walderns of Little Rock; her stepgrandsons, Hayden Walderns and Peyton McMillian; her siblings, Mary Nelson of El Dorado and Don Nelson (Louise) of Smackover; her nephew Andy Nelson of Fayetteville; her niece Jen Nelson of Atlanta, Georgia; her goddaughter Georgia Mara; and her caregivers, Sandra and Don Goodwin of Chidester.
