He is survived by: his children, Edwin Lannie Morehart Jr. and Sarah Mathes; and his siblings, Benda Shere (Roy), Velma Carolyn Marsh (Joe), Rose Evelyn, Virgie Ann, Lester Lee, Clifton Allen, Herbert Ray, Eugene Curtis, Willie May, Calvin Willis and Wesley Hugh. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
