He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Washington and Willie Mae Warner (Sanders); his wife Janice "Pat" Warner; and his brothers, Glen Warner and Charlie Warner.

He is survived by : his sons, Mark Warner (Carolyn) and Brent Warner (Joy); and his grandchildren, Bridget Johnson, Jonathan Warner (Kandie), Dustin Warner (Kristin) and Jacqueline Warner.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Griffin-Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home (7724 Landers Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72117). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
