He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Beach and Ruth Beach; his siblings, Bruce, Ken Beach, Barbara Beach Turner, Betty Beach Starost and Esther Beach Jackson; his parents-in-law, Coy Williams and Margie Williams; and his brothers-in-law, Larry and Steve Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Beach; his daughters, Angie Reed (Trey) of Sherwood, AR and Jaclyn Greeson (Lance) of Suffolk, VA; his grandchildren, Abigail, Bennett Reed of Sherwood, AR and Maddox Reidy of Suffolk, VA; his sister-in-law Kimberly Williams (Charles); and his siblings, Clyde Beach (Janice), Rev. John Beach (Elva), Rita McKee (Roger) and Joan Mathys (Richard). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials in Frank's honor may be made to the Levy Church of Christ.
