He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Muse Ritter and Annie Ingrahm Ritter. He is survived by: his wife Bilenda Harris-Ritter; his stepson Brendan Werner; his daughters, Susanna and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Lucy Todd and Muse Ritter.
Memorial contributions may be made to the United States Naval Academy Class of 1961 through the USNA Alumni Association or to Alzheimer's Arkansas.
