He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden Kennon and Erma Newland Kennon; his brother Ronald Weber; his stepsister Sharon Lawver; and his grandparents, Henry, Dovie Kennon, Otto and Manda Newland.
He is survived by: his wife Teri; his sons, Brad (Suzi) of Sachse, Jason (Sara) of Benton and Jonathan (Chrissy) of Conway, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jordan (Miranda), Mackenzie (Kylar), Lexi, Shelby, Everleigh, Piper, Beau and Rylee; and his sisters, Sandra Miller, Debbie Anderson and Linda Leatherwood (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Graves Memorial Baptist Church in Gerald's name.
