He is survived by: his wife Gwen Forrest; his children, Jason, Laura Forrest of Sherwood, Steven James Forrest, Aaron Forrest and Sarah Crossett of Heber Springs; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Forrest, Nathan Forrest and Nicholas Long Forrest; his mother-in-law Arlene Speer; his siblings, Jimmy Forrest (Sharon), Jan Snaples (Wayne) and Joan Hicks (Greg); and his pet King. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
