He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Fulks and Velma Fulks (Strickfaden); his wife Bonnie Fulks (Alpers); his children, Patrick Fulks (Beth Fulks) and Karen Clark (Gary Clark); and his granddaughters, Amber Hone (Darren Hone) and Lauren Fulks.
