She is survived by: her children, Leslie Gorrell (Doug) and Greg Schick (Christa); and her grandchildren, Alex (Hannah), Lisa (Wyatt Williams), Katie and Emily Schick.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lakewood United Methodist Church (1922 Topf Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72116).

Memorials can be made to the Endowment Fund at Lakewood United Methodist Church or the Arkansas Press Association Endowment Fund.
