He is survived by: his wife Daphne Carter; his children, Dekashun Lowe and Cliffany Carter; his sisters, Barbara Stewart, Vanessa Lowe and Joanne Austin; his grandchildren, Tashunna Lowe, Anaiya Lowe and Destiny Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Tyshun Chambers, Myles Gatewood and McKenzie Foster. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
