He was predeceased by: his mother Anita Castleberry. He is survived by: his siblings, Lance Gipson (Pam), Bob Gipson (Darla), Tina Walden (Mark), Bryan Gipson (Sarah) and Theresa Nix (David); and his aunts and uncles, Carmen Long, Pat Nahlen, Michael Nahlen and Joan Nahlen. He is also survived by his extended family included many step-siblings, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arkansas Food Bank.
