He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann Powell and Hansel Powell; and his siblings, Patsy Mosley and James Powell. He is survived by: his brothers, Roger Powell (Sandy) and David Powell (Lisa); his son Larry Wayne Powell Jr. (Amanda); his granddaughters, Kara Powell-Felton and Autumn Powell; and his great grandchild Kayden Powell.
