He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Helms, Bambi Smith, Trish Mikullyuk and Ryan Gardner; his siblings, Danny Sedam and Connie Helms; and his close friends, Marty Waggoner, Christian O'Neil, Albert Petty, Bridgett Chambers and Rhonda Petty.
