She was predeceased by : her son Jesse James Clay III; her grandson Justin Charles Rush Jr.; her sister Simone Foster Williams; and her grandparents, Sylvester, Thelma Buggs, Jewel and Ida Foster.

She is survived by : her parents, Sylvester Foster and Norma Foster of Brookfield, WI; and her daughters, Brittanee Buggs of Sherwood, AR, Brandey Buggs of Menomonee Falls, WI, JeLeisa Buggs and JhaNiece Buggs. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and a host of family and friends.
