He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Gipson; and his grandparents, Lynn and Irene Todd. He is survived by: his mother Betty Carolyn Todd Gipson; his daughter Jenny Simpson (Jeremy); his siblings, Matthew, Mark, Sam Gipson and Michelle Gipson; and his pet Ally. He is also survived by two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ashby Funeral Home Chapel (108 W Narroway St, Benton, AR 72015). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Rosemont Cemetery.
