Melba L. Fuller Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melba L. Fuller of North Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on October 30, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas N. Riggins and Myrtle Taylor Riggins; her husband James L. Fuller; her brothers, Fred Riggins, Thomas Riggins, Jr. and Bertis Riggins; and her nephew Tommy O. Riggins.

She is survived by: her nieces, Bonnie L. Smith of Marysville, Theresa S. Maupin, Kathy Cash of Rison, Jenny McVay of Pine Bluff and Joyce Nelson of Ft. Worth; and her nephew David Speith of Colorado. She is also survived by nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews as well as her special friends.
