He is survived by: his wife Laverne; his sons, Avery (Kim), Joshua (Sheila) and Michael Jr. (Lauren); his grandchildren, Kaylee Bethea, Kaleb, Brittany Manuel, Beth Webb, Jessica, Colby and Ashton; and his siblings, Clyde Coffman, Dempsie Coffman, Carol Addie, Cathy Smith, Venessa Ford and Sylvia Pate.
