Though Otha may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Otha leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandchildren, Kenneth Bell Jr. and Latoya Gillespie; and his siblings, Marcus Dokes, John Veasey, David Veasey, Charles Veasey, Evelyn Hattison, Nancy Stroud, Cleaster Davis and Shirley Veasey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church of McAlmont (708 Forrester Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72117). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
