She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus Wells and Goldie Wells; and her brother-in-law Harold Roberts of Sherwood. She is survived by: her husband Woodrow Webb; her sister Billie Roberts; her nephews, Kevin Roberts (Dana) of Houston, TX and Larry Roberts (Tracie) of Atlanta, GA; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley Frey (Marshall), Olivia Steinhauser (John), Laura Funk (Ronnie), Natalie Roberts, Ryan Roberts (Michelle) and Aaron Roberts; Amelia Steinhauser. She is also survived by six great-great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County as a way to further extend Patsy's impact.
