She was predeceased by: her husband R. B. Runions; her son Terry Runions; her parents, Lloyd Covell and Velma Covell; her siblings, Wandell Covell, Weldon Covell and Estell Carmical; and her granddaughter-in-law Randi Runions.
She is survived by: her son Tony; her great grandchildren, Landon Childers, Kaden Childers, Blakely Runions, Braylee Runions, Conner Runions, Mason Runions, Colden Runions and Barrett Funderburg; her daughter-in-law Sandy; her siblings, Wayne Covell, Rozell Williford and Doris Sellers; and her family Pawnee.
