He was predeceased by: his father C. W. McCullough (Pete); and his brothers, Richard (Larry) and Jim McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Kay Yvonne McCullough; his children, Dan McCullough (Kristan) of Maumelle, AR, LeAnn Rollans (Dan) of East End, AR, Debbie Higgins (David) of Sherwood, AR and Kevin McCullough (Ede) of Mt. Juliet, TN; his grandchildren, Megan Taphorn (Matt), Ryan McCullough (Emily), Connor McCullough, Lacie McInturff, Austin Rollans, Justin Rollans, Zach Higgins, Kylie Higgins, Bryce Higgins, Allison McCullough and Sarah Kate McCullough; his great grandchildren, Jayden Rollans, Jaxon and Rollans McInturff; his brother H. D.; and his sister-in-law Linda McCarty of Derby, KS. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
