He was predeceased by: his parents, Meta Harder (Kruse) and John Harder; and his wife Marilyn JoAnne Kingery Harder. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Harder, JoReta Moore (William) and Scott Harder (Rick Ward-Harder); and his grandchildren, Jimmy Ney, Daniellee Moore and Rebecca Hacker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main St, North Little Rock, AR 72114). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
