He is survived by: his wife Bettye Taylor of Maumelle, Arkansas; his son Tariq Taylor of Plano, Texas; his granddaughters, Tanniel Pirtle of Maumelle, Danielle Pirtle of Memphis and Shantel Pirtle of Omaha, Nebraska; his great grandchildren, Taylor Lamb of Maumelle and Embery Pirtle of Memphis, Tennessee; his siblings, Eva Jean Hollins (Henry) of Maumelle, Mordean "Teddy" Taylor-Archer (Dwain) of Prosper, Texas, Johnny Taylor (Alice Faye) of Maumelle and Jay Taylor; his nephew Danny Brown; his niece Felicia Austin of Dallas; and his friend Walk. He is also survived by other nephews, nieces.
