She was predeceased by: her husband Leward Bennett; her parents, Percy Howard and Johnnie A. Smith Eubanks; her siblings, Bob Eubanks, Billy Eubanks, Tommy Eubanks and Carolyn McDonald; and her nephew Allen Eubanks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Anderson (Larry) of Sherwood and Sherry Booles (Harold) of Sherwood; her sister Melba Walker of Shreveport, Louisiana; her granddaughters, Kacy Burge of Sherwood and Laura Matthews (Donnie); and her great grandchildren, Caroline Burge, Jack Burge, Bennett Matthews, Wes Matthews and Van Matthews.
