Though Thomas Eugene may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wise and Edna Wise (Sanders); his son Clifford Jason Wise; his son-in-law Ronald Jones; and his brother-in-law Eudene Parish.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Sue Parish.
