We are sad to announce that, on January 4, 2024, at the age of 85, Thomas Monroe of North Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Oakwood, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Monroe and Marguerita Rouse Monroe; and his siblings, Dave Rouse, Wayne Monroe, Wilma Monroe-Runyon, Sarabelle Monroe-Nield and Jim Monroe.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Monroe; his daughter Leslie Monroe-Grenneau; his granddaughter Brianna Grenneau; his stepchildren, Darla Simmons-Ferriss and Curt Simmons (Colleen); his granddaughter Sara Simmons-Fleehart; and his great grandchildren, Brannon Fleehart and Lena Fleehart.
