With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Seay (North Little Rock, Arkansas), born in Calico Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on October 24, 2019 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wanda Seay to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hayden Henry and Dicie Hively; her son David (Claudia); her grandson Hayden Seay; her son Phil Hively (Pat); her husband Otto; and her brother Coy Hively. She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, friends.
