He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Hastin and Irene Plumlee Sooter (Joicey Sooter); his spouse Joicey Lee Villines; and his siblings, David Ralph Sooter and Audrey Grace Sooter Gifford.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Sooter of Oak Grove and Regina Sooter Snyder of Berryville.
