Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charlotte Ramsey of Oakland, Arkansas, born in Atlanta, Texas, who passed away at the age of 77, on February 10, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnie Leonard Wiggins and Opal Maurine Hall; and her son Chris Scoggins. She is survived by: her husband John Ramsey; her children, Jena Scoggins, Dawn Madigan (Jim) and Shana Meador (Jason); and her daughter-in-law Brandy Scoggins. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren along with other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society.
