We are sad to announce that, on January 18, 2024, at the age of 65, Cindy Kay Webb of Oakland, Arkansas, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Webb; her parents, William Howard and Mary Frances Foster (Perry); and her siblings, Terry Foster, Steven Foster, Joella Foster and Paulette Humphries.
She is survived by: her sisters, Patsy Jackson (Joel) of Murfreesboro, Donna Headrick of Wartrace, Glenda Harbor of Murfreesboro, Zay Jackson and Sally Mills; and her niece Savannah Jackson. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist with expenses.
