He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Warren Sr. and Bessie Case Warren; his children, Robert Warren and Sheri Warren; and his siblings, Doug Warren, Ruby Warren Willis and Iva Lois Turner Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Marie Warren; his children, Randy Warren (Bobbie) of Oark and Teri Warren of Coal Hill; and his siblings, Tommy Warren (Mary) of Ozone and Betty Warren of Benton. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
