He is survived by: his wife Alice Carmack; his children, Crystal Hill (Carl) and Calan Carmack; his grandchildren, Kirsten Thew (Doodle), Jacob Hill (Kayley) and Owen Hill; his great grandchildren, Karlie Thew, Lainey Thew, Whit Thew, Jessa Thew, Ada Hill and Buster Hill; his siblings, Carol Stapp (Omar), Mary Cox (Jim), Loretta Watanabe, Bruce Carmack (Debbie), Kevin Carmack (Sharon) and Keith Carmack (Patty); Ladane Carmack, Jim and Charlotte Joice.
