He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Bell and Helen Lytle Bell; and his sister Jackie Martin. He is survived by: his children, Way Little Rock and Charles Leonard Bell; his pets, Andy and Cooper; his daughters, Debra Caplener (Stacey) of Pleasant Plains and Angela Pry (Chris) of Jonesboro; his sister Norma Dean Pettus of Raleigh-Durham; his grandchildren, Adam Caplener, Tristen Pry and Gabe Pry; and his great grandchild Hadley River Gray Wallace. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
