He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozzie Otho and Nola Kirk Polston; his siblings, Charles, Lowell, Chuck Polston, Sylvia Pierce, Peggy Reifsnyder and Loretta Wilson; his children-in-law, Brad McCammon and Kathryn Polston; and his adoptive father Brian Johnson (Mason Harrison).
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Polston of Omaha; his children, Tim Polston of Crestline, California and Teresa McCammon of Springfield, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Jon Polston of Huntsville, Christina Polston of Maine, Alexander Polston of Crestline, Bart Parker (Lacy) of Mesa, Kendal Parker of Astoria, Jenna Rhine (Blake) of Springfield and Jacob McCammon (Rebecca) of Ozark, Missouri. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, extended family members, friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (7441 AR-14, Omaha, AR 72662).
