He was predeceased by: his father George Blair. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Blair; his children, Hayly Blair (Cody Hagan), Chelsea Blair (Heath Moore), Tiffany Blair (DJ Meredith) and Trenton Blair (Jasmine Childers); his siblings, Tina Youngblood (Billy), Lisa Hagood (Jim), Richard Blair (Lisa) and Tye Blair (Heather); and his grandchildren, Keydon, Kolton, Kierstan, Kadence Ohler, Arabella, Brynleigh Vance, Aiyanna, Luna Jones and William Moore. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
