He was predeceased by: his son David Harold; and his parents, L. D. Bartlett and Epsy Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Maxine; and his children, Donna Riggs (Gary), Billy C. Bartlett (Christi), Robert Bartlett (Gaysha), James Bartlett (Nancy) and Kathy Lawrence (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
